ЭСТЕТИЧЕСКИЙ ВРАЧ-СТОМАТОЛОГ УГУР БИЛЬКАЙ
Родился в 1969 году в городе Измир (Турция). После завершения среднего обучения в Измирском Лицее имени Ататюрка в 1986 году поступил в Эгейский Университет по специальности врача-стоматолога. В 1991 году защитив диссертацию по теме "Изучение сканирующим электронным микроскопом эффекта различных концентраций EDTA-ED смесей на слизистую оболочку", получил звание врача-стоматолога.
