Diş Hekimi Uğur BİLKAY
Diş Hekimi Uğur Bilkay 1969 da İzmir’de doğdu. Orta öğretimini İzmir Atatürk Lisesinde tamamladıktan sonra 1986 yılında Ege Üniversitesi Diş Hekimliği Fakültesine başladı. 1991 yılında ‘ Farklı konsantrasyonlardaki EDTA-ED karışımının smear tabakası üzerindeki etkilerinin scaning elektron mikroskobu ile incelenmesi ’isimli bitirme tezini vererek eğitimini tamamladı ve Diş Hekimi ünvanını aldı.
